Lopez L.L.C. is a limited liability corporation, established in the State of Florida, for multiple business purposes. As of 2011, the entity is involved in the following services:
- Americas Ventures: Capital and growth for established companies
- Architecture Metals: Design and installation of building construction metals (louvers, railings, flood barriers, trellises)
- eFiltro: Business plan filtering service for venture capitalist firms
- Florida Angel Investors: Equity fund for early stage capital
- New Idea Center: Venture capital consulting for early stage firms
- Lopez L.L.C. Real Estate: Land and construction investments
Intelligent
Investments. Our key objective to provide high-integrity and high-performance
investments. Common to all our businesses is a metric-driven
fact-based investment philosopy. We are not "fashion buyers"
for a potential short-term gain, but rather economic value investors
for long-term gain.

Experienced
& Successful Management.
Mick Lopez, Managing Director,
has over twenty-five years experience with large and small corporations.
Prior to Lopez L.L.C., he worked for four years at Tyco Fire
& Security ($12 Billion revenues) as Vice President of Strategy
& Business Development, and as Chief Financial Officer of
ADT Security Services North America ($4B). Before Tyco, Mick
was the Chief Executive Officer for eFiltro New Idea Center,
a venture capital consulting firm. Previously, he was employed
over sixteen years with IBM Corporation, including Director
of Strategy and M&A for LatAm ($5B), CFO for IBM Brazil
(+$2B), CFO for Personal Computers in Latin America($1B), Manager
of Global Planning for Personal Systems ($18B), and Manager
of PC Product Analysis and Pricing for Europe ($5B). He started
his professional career with KPMG audit.
Mick received a Business Administration Degree from Georgetown
University and a MBA with full scholarship from the University
of Chicago. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and
is fluent in four languages after residing in United States,
France, Brazil and Caribbean.
Mick is an advisor, director, investor and interim CEO/CFO for various new ventures. He also owns other businesses in real estate and construction. He has served on the boards of iCoast (South Florida's technology consortium), ITEC (Brazil's largest mid-range computer services company), Merkatum Biometrics, ITC Ventures, University of Chicago MBA Alumni Club
